Terms of service
If you decide to commission me you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• All payments will be made with paypal (or kofi upon request);• Payment upfront;• Payment plans can be made for animations in which case there will be 50% of the payment upfront and the other half when i finish half of the animation! (These plans can be split into more than 2 upon request);• Prices are non-negotiable;• payments will be made within a week after agreeing on the price and concept;• No refunds unless there is a problem on my side and i cannot finish the artwork/ animation;•I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason;• I will keep you updated throughout the entire progress with WIP's both verbal and visual;•The commission should not be taking more than a week's worth of work , but in the case of an animation, and especially depending on the complexity it may take up to a month or more!;• The prices may vary if the characters are more complex! They can also be simplified so don't be afraid to ask!;• As the artist, i hold the right to the copyrighted artwork and i am allowed to use the it to promote myself in any place or website, and display it wherever and whenever i want;•The customer is allowed to use the copyrighted drawing for personal use print the copyrighted art and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself and use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.

Animation Prices
Animations can be separated in two types:•PMV (Picture Moving Video)-3 Euros per Second for flat colour
-4 Euros per Second for shaded colour•AMV ( Animated Movie Video) or Frame by Frame
-5 Euros per Second for flat colour
-7 Euros /Second for shaded colour••Backgrounds:
-Solid and pattern backgrounds are free
-complex backgrounds are 3 Euros per background
